    <description>&lt;P&gt;I randomly lost service last night, and I currently have no bars (doesn’t even read SOS). I am trying to login to my account to figure out what is going on but the verification code can only be sent to my phone number…which isn’t working. How can I get in touch my account or figure out why I don’t have service? I have tried troubleshooting the network issues on my phone (iPhone 13 pro). Help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you! I was able to login to my account from my computer. However I still don’t have service. My service is active and set to renew tomorrow. But I still have no bars and it doesn’t seem that there is an outage that should be causing this. Any thought?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
