    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi softech,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems weird. I do not buy any add on. I use my Visa as a payment method but the 11.50 charge on my old Master which is no longer in use. How to file a dispute with Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uy&lt;/P&gt;</description>
