They can download the Public Mobile app to their phone and follow the instructions to complete the setup for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once completed, they can delete the app as it is not required after activation.&amp;nbsp; You can login on Publicmobile.ca to manage your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you delete the app from your phone? Clear the data and cache from the storage settings and try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
