I have a plan that includes unlimited messaging in Mexico. Do I need to turn data roaming on to send a text message?

you can only send text in Mexico if you have a Canada/US/Mex plan. And you can send without turning on Roaming unless you are sending RCS or iMessage

but if you do not have a Cnaada/US/Mex plan, and only a regular Canada plan, the International roaming that comes what those plans is just to receive text in Canada, that is to receive a text sent from other countries when you are in Canada. So, if you have only that Canada plan, you cannot send text in Mexico

Thanks. I do have a plan for Canada, US and Mexico but when I try to send a text message I receive undelivered.
