Turn on airplane mode for a minute, then turn off. This will re-connect you to the network. See if this resolves it.

This is what I had to do a while back and it worked.

Turn off RCS: Go to Settings, Apps, Messages, scroll to RCS Messaging, and toggle it off. Then reset your Network Settings ( yes I know you did it but this is the order I did this in to fix it ). Reboot phone, go back and toggle RCS back on.

Once again, this worked for me a while back.

If you still need help, reach out to a CS Agent.

If you are able to log in, please use this link to the Public Mobile Chat Bot which will direct you to creating a trackable ticket.

Nothing so far has worked for me, including turning off RCS messaging then resetting my network did not fix it. Also waiting an hour to reenable it does not work. I have finally resorted to resetting my phone back to factory settings without deleting the eSIM that also has not fixed my issue and I did not restore from the backup. I just simply reset my phone back to factory settings and it’s still not working. I have reached out and created a ticket. Still haven’t heard anything yet.
