      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/687410"&gt;@walkingboss&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you change plans immediately or at next renewal date? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you changed immediately and you were charged, your new plan should be started immediately. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website has caching issues and sometimes may show your old plan even though you have been switched. &amp;nbsp;You can logout of your account. &amp;nbsp;Clear cache, incognito mode or try a different web browser. &amp;nbsp;Log back in and hopefully, you should see new plan in your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/687410"&gt;@walkingboss&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4G is just the speed of your data and not for calls.&lt;BR /&gt;You might want to check to see if your Samsung A30 is VoLTE compatible to make or receive calls with the 3G shutdown.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is more information on VoLTE:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte" target="_self"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enter the IMEI of the A30 to see if it is compatible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The A30 is too old so if it is not compatible then you need a new phone. Once you have the new phone. Pop the SIM out of the A30 and into the new phone then reboot the new phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
