Are you a customer in Manitoba (3G network has been decommissioned in Manitoba)?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check your IME:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not VoLTE compatible, that may explain your talk issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
