      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;PM has a no refund policy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you can check with PM if the plan wasn't fully activated yet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
