I misplaced the SIM card PM sent me before I could activate my account. Can PM send me a new one? I've tried to request this online, but cannot submit a ticket to request a new SIM card.

Amazon now sell the PM SIM for $10 but is still available at Canadian Cell Supplies for $5.
