      <title>How do I get a refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a sim card yesterday and tried to activate it on an iphone 8. It didn’t work I tried everything even a koodo sim. the thing is, they still charged me the 30$ plan (tax included). how do I get the refund for that charge? do I have to chatgeback with my bank?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
