Check your account status. If inactive, manually load up funds and it should reactivate your plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your account status is active and you have no phone service, might be an outage in your area. &amp;nbsp;Might want to try a reboot of your phone or network reset of phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can check telus service outage on the follow site:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we checked the account and no issues with payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;reset the phone and check for outages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Still not working&lt;/P&gt;</description>
