More information would be helpful. Do you mean QR code for eSIM activation? It usually is sent via email when you activate eSIM for the first time.

If you purchased a new phone and want to transfer the old eSIM to the new phone. You need to download the PM app on the new phone then login to your account and go to Account tab and click on Purchase SIM Card. It will give you the option for a SIM or eSIM.

It will be free if you are transferring from eSIM to eSIM but it will be $5 if you are switching from SIM to eSIM.
