You need to download the PM app on the new phone then login to your account and go to Account tab and click on Purchase SIM Card. It will give you the option for a SIM or eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0196.png" style="width: 750px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/193995i042FF34BAED80892/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0196.png" alt="IMG_0196.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will be free if you are transferring from eSIM to eSIM but it will be $5 if you are switching from SIM to eSIM. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
