I want to transfer my mobile information to a new phone, but I need to do the transfer through a digital SIM card. How can I convert a physical SIM card to a digital one?

EZPZ...just download the Public Mobile app to your new cell, log in to your Public Mobile account > Account > Purchase Sim Card and choose esim...buy a new esim for about $5. You'll retain your old account and cell number.
