Hi, I recently got a new phone that only uses eSim, I have a couple of questions:

1. how will I request to switch to eSIM

2. if my device that has eSIM activated dies, what will happen?

3. when I get a new phone, will I be charged to transfer the old eSIM to a new device?

Thank you!
