I subscribed to a higher tier for a month cause I went out of the country but can’t figure out how to go back to my original plan - just Canada. It is not giving me the option of downgrading my plan…&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/679613"&gt;@Brooke121&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can only change to plan offered on your Change Subscription page on My Account.&amp;nbsp; Downgrade is possible but it is harder if you have plans $30 or below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are on higher tier plan, you can try to downgrade to the lowest plan you see (use Change on Renewal).&amp;nbsp; After you are on a cheaper plan, check again and you might see an even cheaper plan pops up&lt;/P&gt;</description>
