      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased an esim plan, received a QR code , added esim but it didn’t got activated. I deleted the esim to try again but the QR code is not working anymore. Can anyone help me to add and activate my esim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should not have deleted the eSIM. The issue could have been fixed by PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now , you need to ask PM to reissue you another eSIM and help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
