    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just received a text message saying that my data has been used up and I can no longer access mobile data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when I logged into my account, I saw that my plan includes:&lt;BR /&gt;- Base data: 60GB&lt;BR /&gt;- Promotion data: 45GB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 60GB base data has been used up, but the 45GB promotional data is still unused.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please check why my mobile data is not working? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
