    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had NO CELL SIGNAL IN RED ROCK, ONTARIO SINCE WED., MAY 6/26. CAN'T MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS. CALLS COMING IN AUTOMATICALLY GO TO VOICE MAIL-CAN'T OPEN V/M , IF I TRY TO PICK UP CALL, IT IS DROPPED. I'VE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CONTACT UBLIC MOBILE WITHOUT SUCCESS, CREATED SEVERAL TICKET NUMBERS &amp;amp; NO RESPONSE! I'M NOT IMPRESSED WITH PUBLIC MOBILE AT THIS POINT, READY TO CHANGE PROVIDERS. PUBLIC MOBILE/TELUS NEEDS TO DO BETTER THAN JUST TAKE OUR MONEY!!! HAD NO PROBLEMS FOR A FULL YEAR WITH PUBLIC MOBILE-NOW THIS, WHAT IS GOING ON???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
