My understanding is that you need to buy them each cycle and message them to apply them each month.

So if your plan is 39.00 included tax, then you buy a $40 voucher and message them to apply it. This would need to be done for alteast 12 months.

But keep messsasging them and ask for clear directions.

Do I have to buy multiple vouchers to the full amt of the chargeback I owe? Or is there a way I can pay through credit card. I need my service back and am able to pay the full amount but I’m not receiving consistent answers from customer service.
I had responded to one of the agents asking for assistance only for them to ask if I still need help and if they do not get a response they will close my ticket, they are not properly reading my messages as I clearly respond requesting assistance.

you cannot use the credit card for 12 months because of the charge back

so, you need to buy voucher and ask PM to load the voucher for you (i am not sure if you can load via *611). So, best to ask PM about your situation
