      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public mobile&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When it works it's great&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you need help it sucks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created a support request and one day I might get a response &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face:"&gt;😀&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face:"&gt;😀&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like my phone has stopped connecting to the public mobile network in the last 24h&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked my profile&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Payment is up to date&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No recent changes of plans&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did a reset .. nothing better&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did turn off and on the Sim..nothing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do now &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face:"&gt;😀&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face:"&gt;😀&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
