I previously had a Public Mobile account associated with this email address: &lt;A href="mailto:brteixeira06@gmail.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;brteixeira06@gmail.com&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my account back in November after switching to Freedom Mobile. The line that was cancelled was associated with the phone number 647-764-4261.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am requesting a refund for all charges that have continued since the cancellation, as well as immediate confirmation that the account has now been fully cancelled. This situation is unacceptable, as I should not have continued to be billed after terminating the service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please reply to this email as soon as possible to confirm resolution of this matter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bernardo Teixeira&lt;/P&gt;</description>
