      <description>&lt;P&gt;no hes near Winnipeg, apparently its been a&amp;nbsp; few days for him. We though he had coverage until the end of May.&amp;nbsp; need to know if there is a away I can top him up if thats the issue? Im not near him at this time&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/685654"&gt;@Withy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call 1-855-4PUBLIC from your phone to check if the account is active or suspended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is active, try resetting the Network setting on his phone and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is suspended then you need to make a manual payment with the CC on file or with vouchers to restore service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vouchers can be purchase from:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/payment-voucher" target="_self"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/payment-voucher&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
