Hello! I understand there is no roaming service provided by PM for calls and text messaging while travelling away from North America.

Please confirm if there is a way to receive 2FA codes via SMS while on WIFI or setup an automated SMS forwarding to a different number? How to access 2FAs while travelling away from North America?

@BorisCanada Can try an authenticator app or ask your bank if you can use email instead for 2FA would be my suggestion

Sorry, no workaround

You have to call the bank and change the 2FA to email or Authenticator app

There is no SMS forwarding of any kind either

sms forwarding app only works if someone leave that phone in Canada, power on and connected to PM network and the app will forward the sms. So, it won't work if you already have your phone overseas

for 2FA code for banks or other services, they usually can change to email or use Authenticator app, but you will have to contact them first, email or call and ask them to change. if you need to call them and they are in Canada, download Fongo app and use it to call Canada for free using Wifi or your travel esim or travel sim card
