      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/563048"&gt;@stack&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, PM has a 30 days cycle.&amp;nbsp; So, the renewal day will move&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also, the way PM shows cycle is confusing.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If it says the cycle is from April 9 to May 9, it actually actually does not include May 9th.&amp;nbsp; Since PM is 30 days cycle, April 9th is day 1, you will notice May 8th is day 30, hence May 9th is not included&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can make a payment to resume service. Just login My Account, click pay and Resume Services now button to pay&lt;/P&gt;</description>
