    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I’m currently in the process of transferring my phone number from Koodo Mobile (Not Prepaid) to Public Mobile, and I’ve run into a serious issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased the subscription and opened the app to complete the number transfer process. I was able to reach the transfer section and attempted to move my number over, but I received an error message during the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I’m stuck in limbo — my number appears to be inactive, and I currently can’t make calls, send texts, or access normal phone service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve also tried submitting a support ticket, but that hasn’t worked either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone please help me resolve this as soon as possible? Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
