    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/523122"&gt;@Darren243&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you use "&lt;STRONG&gt;Change Now&lt;/STRONG&gt;" option when you requested the plan change?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;if you used "Change Now" to make the plan change,&lt;/STRONG&gt; it is an expected behaviour for the system to charge you the new plan immediately, even your old plan was renewal not long ago.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;With PM, there is no partial renewal for unused plan days on the old plan if you used that option.&amp;nbsp; There was actually a warning explaining that when you use that option&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To avoid that, people generally will use "Change on Renewal"&lt;/STRONG&gt; to schedule a plan change&amp;nbsp; at the end of the current cycle with the old plan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what I chose but my phone was cut of awaiting payment, I never paid twice, just the once and got billed twice at the exact same time for the old subscription and the new.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did that and was told changing the subscription does not give credit for the unused portion of the existing subscription, annoying cause they missed the part where I didn't renew&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How can I change something on renewal that hasn't been renewed? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:"&gt;🤣&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TBH this "community" is just a distraction from the fact they have no customer service and not correct any errors&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
