How do I submit a ticket as I want to remove my credit card and close my account?

@AudreyLavenia Click on the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen to open a ticket.

generally, it is sufficient just login My Account and disable autopay. go to Payment page, Manage Subscription and disable "subscribed"

but if you cannot login, or you want to ask PM agent to remove the credit card, you can submit ticket by direct message:
