    <description>&lt;P&gt;This morning my phone etc totally stopped working (no data/calls etc) we couldn’t log into my public account on the app and when I finally got on it didn’t have my contract…… I think possibly my card expired and I’ve not updated- maybe cancelling or pausing? But there are no banners or messages telling me so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;desperately need my phone for tomorrow &amp;nbsp;I’ve sent tickets but no one is getting back to me and desperately needing to reactive the account. Tried calling 611 but no luck!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
