    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any advice? I have been without service since Sunday, and the &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;cannot seem to send more than one message in a 24 hour period. I cannot contact emergency services, I cannot get into 2FA authentication for my job and no one seems interested in helping me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get this solved? I think of myself as a fairly reasonable person but at this point I am literally begging Public Mobile for help and they are not doing anything. I feel insane, this is the absolute worst customer support I have ever received in my life.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
