I had purchased an add on for bill credit for $20 before my previous plan expired today. My regular subscription is the $36 monthly sub for about 50GB. Now how do I pay the remaining $20 on my public mobile to activate my regular subscription

First, login My Account using browser, then use this link to load enough funds to renew the service

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK

If you still have a valid Cdn payment card on your file and account is set to Subscribed (autopay).....any amount owing after the bill credit, will just come off of your payment card.
