      <description>&lt;P&gt;In order to port out, you Public Mobile account must be current. Keep your Public Mobile SIM in your phone until you receive the sms confirmation. Also ensure that you provided the correct account number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, don't tag agent. You need to message them directly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
