    <description>&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please issue a statement regarding how long it will take for your customers to receive a response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From reading the community forum, I am seeing that people are waiting up to a week just to get a response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I currently am locked out of my account, and my data is not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this will take more than a week just to get a response, I may need to switch to a different company. Like many others, I rely on my cell phone to conduct business. I cannot go one week like this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sure many others are in the same boat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand your frusturation, and from the forums, it does indeed seem like the turnaround is around 5-7 days. Nothing more we can do about that, unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile really should have been ahead of the game and anticipate this if they are trying to expand their customer base with this promo plan. I am hoping that they will hire a couple more reps moving forward given the number of new customers they have had join in the past month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been using PM for about 4 months ago without any issues.&amp;nbsp;Mods have been extremely fast to respond (prior to this current mess).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really hope that they get their sh*t together asap. I am a happy customer, and really do not want to have to change my phone provider again, but if I cannot get service for 5-7 days, I have no choice but to switch to another company.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can only imagine what the mods have to go through though. They must be equally stressed dealing with all these issues given that they are clearly short staffed. And I am sure they are also not feeling great about leaving customers without service, but there is only so much you can do in one day right?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
