      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received a text from TELUS confirming the transferring of my phone number. Once confirmed, Public Mobile app said “something didn’t go right while activating your subscription.” Need help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
