      <description>&lt;P&gt;What step are you at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Through the Public Mobile app which you have to download to your phone, you create an account, choose a plan and pay for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can choose to transfer your phone number now or later.&amp;nbsp; You need your Tiny Mobile account number.&amp;nbsp; Request port and reply to the SMS confirmation within 90 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your account must be active and up to date to port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What step are you at?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
