      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been waiting for a week for my sim card. The website wouldn't let me proceed with an esim even though my device is compatible, and it wouldn't recognize the public mobile sim card that I already own, so I grudgingly bought a new one, after seeing that they "ship in two days". Is there any way to track it, or get a new one sent without being charged? Getting help on this website is ridiculously convoluted and so far unsuccessful.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
