      <title>Phone number transfer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received text saying that I have not authorized phone number transfer, and asked me to text 1 to get authorization message. But I only got the same message again. So I text 1 again. But get nothing yet. Right now I can use data but cannot call or text.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/684128"&gt;@Andy_W1020&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you were transferring from a VoIP provider? if so, you might need to pay to get the text.&amp;nbsp; Anyway this is a problem with your current provider, you need to check with them and see why they are not sending you the proper Porting Authorization text.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With PM, all them can do is to re-trigger the porting request.&amp;nbsp; PM is not really the one sending you the porting authorization text&lt;/P&gt;</description>
