      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I got a text from number 5474 offering deals and I said yes to one of them but my subscription didn't change. I was in the time limits and have screenshots to prove. Is there a way to get my subscription corrected or was it a scam?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help but it didn’t work. I was charged the regular amount instead of the new plan yesterday, and when I tried to write a ticket like you instructed me it gave me a 404 error. I will try again tonight but I wished I could talk to somebody like in the good ol’ days.
