      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was bill an add on of 15 dollars on 30th April but I did not purchase it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already have 1000 international call minutes every month with my plan and I do not need any add on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is this billing done automatically without my consent&lt;/P&gt;</description>
