      <description>&lt;P&gt;A year ago I lost online access due to an issue with my credit card. I was told I wouldn’t be able to get it back for one year. I think a full year has passed and I’m looking to get that re-activated. I still have my login but I don’t have any Norma account features (paying bills etc).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As long as it's active and in good standing, then Customer Support can review your request to use valid payment card&amp;nbsp; for plan renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
