I have received a plan increase last year. After a few email exchanges the situation resolved.

I have not received a new increase again. Where do I address this, please.

i don't think a few email exchanges and you can avoid any price hike.

what plan you have now? what is the new price

If you want to protest an increase then submit a ticket and ask for it to be escalated.

Unfortunately, companies do have the right to increase their services like it or not.

you resolved it last year so just follow the same steps this time. I didn't know it could be resolved via email so just use that same email address. ...and let us know the results.

it does matter

there is no new price hike today

there was two plans with hike since April 1st, the $20 3GB becomes $24 and the $23 6GB becomes $25

No one get any exception to the price increase as PM has the right to do so. So, protest is good, but will be a waste of time

However, PM offered a better $24 and $25 deals to those affected with more data on the new price

i believe you need to be a bit more educated as to what are the rules for this to happen. i am not saying they are not allowed, i am saying there are some restrictions under which you can apply an increase for a service or a product.

unfortunately, it is a market driven business, there is not rule to stop mobile carrier from a reasonable increase

we have couple good community members who tried their very best to stop some price hikes before and they couldn't stop it. They found out the carriers were allowed to have price increase as long as they have given enough notice to subscribes. Also, the Low usage plan rule only applies to the Big 3, not the tier 2 or 3 carriers

I think Public Mobile and all carriers reserve the right to increase plan costs. They do need to give notice and I know that Public Mobile is good about giving at least 30 days notice before any plan increase occurs. There haven't been many increases but a few in the last 2 yrs. I recall being given 30 days notice as well as options to change to a plan with a bit more data but same cost as new increased plans. Could be you didn't pay attention to those notices ? It's always a good idea to look in to your Public Mobile acct a few times every years...just to make sure you're getting best value for your $$.

Thank you. sane response. the increase was without a notification. regardless, thenew price is no longer competitive, meaning for the same new price i can get more from a different competitor. You said something good earlier, "submit a ticket", thank you. will do.

hi @Twix when a careie6has the right to increase price and when they have done it according to the gudideli5, neither agent nor those agencies can help to override it

Good idea...if you do plan to contact CCTS, they wanna know that you tried to work it out with your provider so best is to do that anyhow. If customer support is unable to resolve for you, then you should take that next step. Regarding plan increases "if we say nothing...that the same as saying we're ok with it"....so keep up the good work.

your title "Plan increase - again", the "Again" concerns me a bit. From what I know , no subscriber has seen 2 price hikes all these years. Should be just one piece hike so far if you stay on the same plan. Of course, if you have changed plan and got another hike, then it is unfortunate
