      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My plan was cancelled because I didn't update my credit card number. Now, I have no service at all and when I sign in into my account it forces me to choose another plan (off course...more expensive) and there's no way that I can access my profile to update my credit card. I don't want to loose my number and my plan. Please, somebody explain me what I can do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
