    <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned to Ontario from a trip to the US a few days ago, and am unable to call toll-free numbers. The error message is, "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialled".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cellular Data is "On", roaming is off, "Public Mobile" is selected. What could be the reason/resolution? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
