      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got message from public mobile (#5474) on March 30 and ask me to reply YES1, if I am interested for 4G, 3 GB plan for $19 per month. When i replied YES1 on April 6, I got confirmation that from your new subscription plan will be added to account and will effect on your next renewal date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My new renewal date started on Apr 30 but i didn't see the new subscription plan in effect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does Any one has any idea.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Log in to your account using the app, tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Usage Breakdown&lt;/STRONG&gt; and you'll see the plan as of latest renewal.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the exact same problem with a 5474 offer &amp;amp; it took 1 month to get it resolved....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The update "froze" my account on the app &amp;amp; web site but the agents saw the renewed plan; not all what I was seeing...they told me to update the app &amp;amp; then I just had a blank screen when I opened the app...just the refresh circle &amp;amp; the site told me I had an Internal Sever Error, try again later....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Always mention the 5474 offer each time you are dealing with the agents because that is your starting point....it took 4 app updates before they could get it working....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Makes me leery about accepting another offer from 5474...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope you have a faster resolution than I did...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
