On March 9, two $20 credits were applied to my account but on April 9, the full payment was withdrawn. Why is that?

Check My Account > Payment history , you should see 2 lines with the renewal:

The first line should show your plan amount less $20, it is a line that show how much money is charged from the credit card. The amount will then be added to the account as a credit together with the $20 credit that is already on the account
And the second line is show how Public Mobile uses the credit on the account for renewal, this would show the total plan amount

If you are unsure, screenshot all the transactions on this renewal on the My Account > Payment page, and post here so we can confirm
