    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;So both phones are eSIM. Never had this issue when we had physical SIM cards and on Telus. The 15+ has the eco issue. The iPhone 11 Pro Max has the receiving call issues. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 phones. 2 different lines. Phone one iPhone 15+ constantly getting feedback and echo. Phone 2. iPhone 11 Pro Max. When someone calls my phone the first attempt straight to voice mail. Second attempt the call goes through. No clue how to fix this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/683723"&gt;@CaleCh&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, only the iPhone 15+ has the issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If it is on a physical sim&lt;/STRONG&gt;, move the sim to another phone and test again to see if the voice problem is the sam.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;That can confirm if it is in fact a device issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;if it is in an eSIM&lt;/STRONG&gt;, a quick way is to buy a new eSIM so the account is re-provisioned.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;To rebuy new eSIM for FREE,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;first, download the app on your new phone and login.&amp;nbsp; If you have problem with receiving 2FA code, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend code" and choose either Send email or Send voice message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Once&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;logged in, Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Account&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;from the bottom, then&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;click&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Purchase SIM Card&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;select&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;eSIM&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If that does not resolve the voice issue,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;that could mean it is a device issue.&amp;nbsp; But you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;might want to ask PM CS agent&amp;nbsp; to re-provision the account on the system as well&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
