      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Last month, I received a text saying I could get 4G 3GB plan for $19 (instead of 1GB for the same price). I answered YES1 and got a confirmation text saying that it would be added to my account, but a new month has started and&amp;nbsp; it is still not there... Anyone with the same issue? What can I do?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was asked to create a ticket, which I did, but so far no success to get an answer from PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
