How do I do the VoLTE thing.? I have been sent to the pulblic moble address, but it does not tell me how to do the volt thing. Also were do I do the VoLTE thing,? On my home computor or my phone. ?

you don't have to do anything, if you phone is capable with VoLTE and is compatible with PM's VoLTE system, then the network will enable the feature

However, if it is not compatible with PM's VoLTE, then it will fall back to 3G for voice and there is nothing much you can do to change to VoLTE. And it will be a problem later when 3G is fully decommissioned. And you will need to get a new phone that is on PM's VoLTE whitelist soon

So, check if your phone is compatible first using the IMEI checker here:

If it is not compatible, tell us what phone do you have.

Hare are couple choices of phones that will work:

iPhone 8 or later
Google Pixel 4 or later
Samsung S22 or later
Samsung Flip 2/Fold 2 or later
Samsung A15/A35/A55 or later

But generally most major brands of phones released after 2024 and are designed and sold for the Canadian market should work. If you are unsure whether a particular phone will work, share the model here and we can help

What is the make and model of your phone?

It needs to be on the PM whitelist.
