      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM does not actively block any app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;likely you have either enabled Data Saver, which block the use the data on some app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or Wechat is not enabled&amp;nbsp; for Mobile Data.&amp;nbsp; You have to check the App Info and then check app permissoin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or in WeChat settings itself, you have enable a settings to not download media when using mobile data, ie, only use Wifi for media download&lt;/P&gt;</description>
