    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/677688"&gt;@Fazela845&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How did you close your account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are 2 ways to close your account:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Port your number to another carrier and your account will automatically close.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Login to your account and disable the Subscribe button and your account will close after 90 days of nonpayment. The SIM/eSIM will stop working and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you close your account with one of the following then contact a CS_Agent for a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/xYpc_I" target="_self"&gt;https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/xYpc_I&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
