If you login, is everything showing up ok and active? Do you have data remaining on your plan? Can you make/receive calls and texts? Are you specifically trying to use a 3G connection and not LTE or 5G for data?

If there are account issues showing up, then look there to resolve. If calls and text don't work alongside data not working, then it seems like an account issue to contact support about. If it's specifically just a 3G connection issue, it may be that the 3G network in your area has been reduced, on it's way to shutdown next year.

If not then your phone is too old and you will need to look for a newer phone.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte
